Description

Make it so that web browsers can connect to the tahoe node securely.

we should enhance the 'webport' config-file to accept a ​strports-style specification, if it doesn't do so already. This would make it trivial for someone to run an https-enabled web server instead of an http one: create a certificate, then do: 

 echo 'ssl:8443:privateKey=mykey.pem:certKey=cert.pem' >NODEDIR/webport

Turns out that NODE/webport already accepts a strports spec. I documented it in the README in 0e3358e5081c575f, closing this ticket out now.
